Lol I really enjoyed the first half with Shikimori being jealous of Inuzuka and seeing him as a rival but then later finding out that because of certain traits he has Shikimori sees her older brother in him, so both the possessiveness over Izumi and her own desire to get closer to her older brother has merged together to bring about conflicting feelings towards Inuzuka was funny lol. It was also funny when Inuzuka and Hachimitsu tried to tease Shikimori forgetting how threatening she can be, if they were any later to apologize who knows what would have happened lol.

It was nice to see Kamiya getting along with Shikimori and Nekozaki, it seemed like Nekozaki has been wanting this for so long and didn't like how other students saw Kamiya so I'm glad she didn't let that completely cloud her own opinion and has now been able to become friends with her. Those two girls at the basketball court was such a random encounter though and they didn't look like girls who would normally play basketball but at least they had a good time.

I'll admit, despite my mixed feelings about this show, I gotta give credit where credit is due; this episode IS a good one.

Despite being basic, Aharen-san at least HAS its moments where it shines.

S1 of Komi-san, I find overrated, but still found enjoyment. S2 IMO is better. The best moments of Komi-san are with Komi and Tadano.

With this, it's fine, but compared to some of the romcom anime Doga Kobo's put out in the past, I honestly couldn't care less for Shikimori outside the art and animation.

It's because you're still in that phase where action and fighting exciting stuff is what makes you interested in anime. While this anime is more vanilla and focused on nice stuff
